Completed a full inspection of 40T Gantry Crane including the crane drive assemblies.
Inspected and repaired gearing, including design and fabrication of replacement gears.
Designed and replaced the complete electrical system including controls, motors, brakes, and limit switches.
Value engineering of the design to improve performance and save cost.
Converted controls and motors to a VFD-type control system.
