40t Bulkhead Lifter Upgrade and Repair
Completed redesign and upgrade of the electrical systems on the bulkhead lifter
Removed existing controls, bridge drives, and handled the associated lead abatement and asbestos abatement.
Designed new motors and VFD controls for the bulkhead lifter and both 20T hoists and trolleys.
Installed everything in the captive dam without removing the crane.
Removed existing crane electric system.
Designed 1500ft fully heated and enclosed conductor bar system located directly over the Mississippi river
Installed everything with 100% of our crew of union ironworkers, electricians, and hoist technicians.
Load tested on-site
