Job Summary

We are a well-established electrical contracting company specializing in commercial and industrial projects. We’re looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our project managers and sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys office work, can manage multiple tasks, and thrives in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to project managers and the sales team
  • Create and process purchase orders
  • Assist with job set-up forms and maintain project files
  • Apply for permits and licenses as required
  • Support sales activities such as customer communication
  • Perform general office tasks including filing, data entry, answering phones, and organizing paperwork
  • Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal team members to support daily operations

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative or office experience required (construction or electrical industry experience a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Dependable and punctual

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 per week

Work Location: In person, Sievert Offices
